Responsibilities:
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Must have command over SCALA Language
- Must have command over Functional Programming
- Understanding of RESTful Webservices
- Familiarity with Play Framework
- Working knowledge of JDBC and SQL
- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Must possess excellent analytical skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to deliver effective results under pressure or tight deadlines
- Can work independently
