How to Record your Expenses in LedgerMax?

As a small business owner, it is very important that you record your business expenses diligently and make sure that your business financial records are accurately maintained. This helps in minimizing your tax liabilities by counteracting profits and revenue against the cost. LedgerMax has made it very easy for small business owners to record their expenses and payments without any inconvenience. Here�۪s how you can record your expenses in LedgerMax:

  1. On the left side of your dashboard, click on Expense and then choose Create
  2. Now choose the option for Expense From. You will find many options under it for instance, petty cash, cash on hand etc.
  3. Next choose the expense type for instance, office supplies expenses, other supplies etc.
  4. Enter details, reference number and the exact amount.
  5. Now just save the details and check the print preview.
  6. Your expenses are recorded successfully.
